We have designed a process that is very simple for our funeral home clients. Here are the three basic steps for placing a video order:

1. Scan the photos (We’ll show you how to scan 50 photos in about 20 minutes)
2. Log on to this website to initiate an order.
3. Upload the photos and confirm your order.

That’s it - Keepsake Solutions will be notified automatically and will begin working on your video. When the DVD Video Files and Online Tribute have been uploaded to the server, you will be notified by e-mail or phone. Here are the three steps for downloading and burning your DVD.

1. Log on to our site to download the Video Files.
2. Burn the files to a DVD.
3. Link the Online Tribute to your website.

The whole process is extremely simple. You will be a pro after your first couple of videos!

We ask that you give us 24 hours to create a Celebration of Life DVD but we know that you may need it sooner than that in certain situations. We have been known to amaze our clients with nearly impossible turnaround times - but we prefer a 24 hour window of time.

“Web Delivery” simply means that the DVD Video Files will be delivered to you over the internet. Once the DVD Video Files have been uploaded to the Keepsake Solutions servers, you'll be able to easily download the files and burn a DVD at your funeral home! This is very simple to do - even if you don’t feel completely comfortable using a computer.

We deliver the initial DVD over the internet simply for the sake of speed. The two DVDs that we will mail to you will have custom designed and professionally printed DVD Case Inserts and DVD discs. Click here to see an example.

Download times may vary based on your broadband internet connection and the general state of the internet itself but the average Keepsake Solutions Celebration of Life DVD should only take about 10 minutes or less with a broadband internet connection.

Once the Online Tribute has been successfully uploaded, you will be notified automatically by e-mail. In this e-mail, you will receive the web address or “link” to the Online Tribute. If you currently have the ability to manage your obituaries on your funeral home’s website, your website provider will most likely have a place for you to copy and paste this link. Keepsake Solutions has worked with most of the major website providers in the funeral industry so we will be able to assist you with this step.

No problem, Keepsake Solutions offers extend hosting packages for very reasonable rates. We can reactivate an Online Tribute at any time for any length of time.

You will need a computer with a DVD burner, an inexpensive photo scanner and a broadband internet connection. We recommend Epson Photo Scanners because Epson software makes scanning photos simple and fast! If you don’t have a DVD burner in your computer, don’t worry, we can help! If you have any technology related questions or concerns, simply pick up the phone. Solutions is part of our name for a reason!
